Vivian Law is a health, wellness and fitness professional of over 16 years. She began her career in fitness as a group instructor and is currently in practice as a personal trainer, nutrition consultant, substitute group fitness and yoga teacher in Toronto and wherever she travels in the world. Vivian holds a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from the University of Toronto. Her certifications include National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CPT), Holistic Nutritionist, Nutrition Consultant, Can Fit Pro Personal Trainer, ACE Group Exercise Leader, Reebok Cycling Instructor, Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and Yin Yoga Teacher (50 hours). Vivian is passionate about sharing healthy living, wellness, happiness, great food and fun with all around her. She stays active indoors and out with a variety of activities. Vivian enjoys traveling the world to experience inspiration in fitness/yoga, wellness, food, and art. Vivian is a serious food enthusiast and an avid home chef who works along with her close friend professional chef Melissa Saunders to develop delicious and nutritious food for all.
